We stand behind every account we sell. This policy explains our 7-day replacement guarantee, when refunds apply, and how to request help.
1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
Every account includes a 7-day replacement guarantee from the moment of delivery. If an account is non-functional, suspended through no fault of your own, or does not match what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge — usually the same day.
2. How to Request a Replacement
Contact our team on Telegram with your order details and a short description of the issue. Our cloud engineers will verify the problem and provision a replacement promptly. Please reach out within the 7-day window.
3. When Refunds Apply
If we are unable to deliver your order or provide a working replacement within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund in cryptocurrency to a wallet you specify. Refunds are processed promptly once approved.
4. What Is Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover accounts suspended due to misuse (spam, fraud, abuse, or violation of the provider’s terms), failure to secure the account (e.g. not changing the password or enabling MFA), or issues reported after the 7-day window has closed.
5. Crypto Payments & Refunds
Because we accept cryptocurrency only, approved refunds are returned in crypto. Due to network fees and exchange-rate movement, refunds are issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of approval, minus unavoidable network fees.
