These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cloudrix and the purchase of cloud accounts. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. What We Provide
Cloudrix is an independent marketplace that sells verified, pre-provisioned cloud accounts across providers including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, Oracle, Hetzner, Vultr, Linode, IBM, Alibaba, Kamatera, and Atlantic.Net. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these providers.
2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. You agree to use all accounts for lawful purposes only. Any use of accounts for spam, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and voids all guarantees.
3. Orders & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed on-chain. Delivery times are estimates (typically 30 minutes to 8 hours) and may vary by provider and demand. Credentials are delivered to the email and dashboard associated with your order.
4. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency only — including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and other major coins. We do not accept credit or debit cards. All sales are priced in USD equivalent at checkout.
5. Account Responsibility
Upon delivery, you are responsible for securing your account: change the password, enable multi-factor authentication, and review billing settings. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to secure a delivered account.
6. Guarantee & Limitations
Each account includes a 7-day replacement guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated, accounts are provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected account.
7. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue products at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.
